Minimising Cultivation

The Carbon Positive project has been trialing commercial planting technologies that allow crops to be planted into soils with mulch cover. Where mulch was conventionally rotary hoed into soils new technology allows for planting into mulch covered soils without rotary hoeing.

One examples of technology is MulchTec being trialled at the LandWISE conference, Hastings
