Remote sensing technologies to watch

Manaaki Whenua (Landcare Research) has been leading research in NZ on technologies that provide remote sensing of the terrestrial environment.

They will be presenting a series of five webinars – one each day at 10:30am from Monday 15 May through Friday 19 May – showing what the technologies are all about and how they can be used in areas like tree mapping, pest control and monitoring plant/tree flowering.

You can read more about the individual sessions and register to attend any or all of the webinars here.
